This is a powerful tonic, created by me to support you to overcome depression naturally, using the best herbs and foods that natures provides.
2 Tbsp Ashwagandha powder
1 Tbsp Turmeric powder
1 Tbsp Licorice powder
1 Tbsp Peppermint leaf powder
1/2 Tbsp Ginger powder
1 Tbsp Grated lemon rind
50 ml Apple cider vinegar
100 gm of Organic Honey
200 ml Valerian decoction
The Valerian decoction should be made first using 500 ml water and 50gm of valerian root.
Take 2 tbsp per day.
Remember that the more things you do to support yourself to over come depression the better the results. This natural remedy works better, if you reduce your intake of sugar, alcohol and processed foods. You should also increase your movement and exercise and talk to friends or join a support group. The more you do the faster the results.
